Are there subscriber fees like GrazeCart?
No. Never. GrazeCart charges $50 per 100 subscribers, which means your software bill grows as your customer base does. Perishly is flat-rate per tier — you can have 10,000 subscribers on the Growth plan and pay the same $129/month.
What counts as a "transaction"?
Any completed order where payment is processed through Perishly. Orders placed offline, invoiced on net terms, or collected outside the platform (e.g., farm gate cash) don’t count. The transaction fee only applies to processed card and ACH payments.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes, and your data moves with you. Upgrade at any time — your storefront, products, customer history, and order records carry over. Downgrades follow the same process at the end of your billing cycle.
Is compliance included, or is it an add-on?
The full compliance engine — FDA FSMA 204 traceability, halal/kosher certification tracking, allergen labeling — is native to the Professional and Enterprise tiers. No extra cost, no third-party compliance app to pay for separately.
Does Perishly work outside the US?
Yes. We serve clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the Gulf States across North America, North America, and the Middle East. Multi-currency, multi-language (including Arabic, Spanish, Spanish), and regional payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal) are supported on Professional and Enterprise.
How long does it take to go live?
Most clients are live in under 7 days on Starter and Growth. Professional takes 2-4 weeks depending on ERP integration complexity. Enterprise timelines vary but we assign a dedicated implementation manager from day one.
What if I'm migrating from GrazeCart or Barn2Door?
We migrate your product catalog, customer records, and subscription data at no extra cost. For clients on GrazeCart frustrated with the per-subscriber fee model, we offer a free data migration and a credit toward your first three months on Perishly.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable after 30 days. Enterprise agreements are custom contracts, typically 12-month minimum with 60-day termination notice.
